Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment process (posting advertisement in various job portals, arranging interview, prepare employment contracts, etc.)
- Ensure monthly payroll & CPF contributions are executed on a timely basis and 100% accuracy
- Apply/Renew work pass applications (work permit, S pass, EP)
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, SEO trainings, staff grievances and counselling, confirmation appraisal, annual performance review, insurance renewal, etc.
- Apply government grants, fundings and programmes
- File employee-related claims (Government-paid childcare leave, extended childcare leave, parental leave, maternity leave, etc.)
- Assist with HR audits for financial
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Recognised Degree in HR/Business or other related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in handling payroll and CPF contributions
- Proficient with Payroll software (JustLogin), Wordpress, etc.
- Responsible, meticulous and motivated
