- At least 1 year work experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role. 

- Has experience in working as Corp secretary or with legal background is a plus.

- MS Office knowledge.

- Has strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organisational skills. 


- Handle secretariat, business support and administrative duties.

- Calendar management, organising external and team meetings. 

- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner 

- Make travel and accommodation arrangements 

- Submit expenses claims and keep track and update expenses claim. 

Office management: 

- Managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, and oversee adherence to office policies and procedures. 

- Manage letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence 

- Manage building management and other suppliers 

- Recruitment & Staff onboarding matters 

- Any ad-hoc duties.
