Things to do

1. On the first day of work before 10 am, post your introduction & photo at Teams (IH Corporate >> New staff)
2. Create a new Google account with your Corporate email (refer to guide)
3. Create digital signature using Adobe via Corporate email (refer to guide)
4. Weekly, please send work summary via sharepoint to Kyle, George, reporting manager & HR on what have you done for the week till confirmation (refer to template)

2. If you need to setup for them, send a request to social@ihdigital.com for a generic corporate email to use
3. Do not use your personal work email & mobile no. to create accounts for the client
